I wanted to make something very fast and easy a couple of days back. Was just chatting with a friend, Saritha, and she told me she had made this recipe. So I got the recipe from her. It sounded so simple and yummy that I instantly tried it. It tasted great too.So thanx to Saritha, now I'm goin to make it more often :)...

- Then, add the ginger and garlic pastes and the tomatoes and fry well. Add the methi leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry well till oil separates.
- Add the yogurt, rice and salt and fry for a minute.
- Then add water to the pan in the ratio 1:1 1/2 ( rice : water) and cover and cook till done.

You did not mention how much yogurt should be added.

Anonymous, I have mentioned the yogurt quantity in the same line as the Red chilli powder by mistake. Also, would appreciate if you would leave your name next time, so I can acknowledge you by name.
